Allow different auto-loaded parameter files for the same instrument

Description

We e.g. have two IDF for EMU:

EMU_Definition_32detectors.xml EMU_Definition_96detectors.xml

Say the 1st of these are loaded then check if

EMU_Parameters_32detectors.xml

is defined, if yes, then load this one. If this file does not existing check if

EMU_Parameters.xml

exist.
