Things to check in testing:

  1. Load files with different S2, and check that tank is rotating
  2. Check that detectors/ monitors have the correct theta angle. If no MSD log value is read, the monitor theta values ate nans.

Change capitalization for log values to msd and s2. msd is recorded in milimeters, so multiplication by 0.001 is included. Refs #2810
