Rename Sort Algorithm

Description

Rename Sort -> SortEvents

If possible, it would also be nice to replace the references to tof for the 'event' axis with something more generic.

(In [10869]) Fixes #2813: Renamed the Sort algorithm to SortEvents. I fixed the scripts in SVN, other ones will throw a deprecated warning.
