Description
In a SANS reduction the arguments passed to FitTrans() or Trans Fit in the Analysis Tab of the SANS GUI should equivalently set the wave range of the workspace and the two wave limit arguments passed to CalculateTransmission.
LimitsWav(), WavRangeReduction() and the entries in the Wavelength boxes of the Analysis Details tab affect only the rebinning of the sample and can, NOT the transmission workspaces.
The cases where the wavelength range of the transmission fit is narrower than the sample analysis and vice-versa both needed to be handled.
This will be all documented and work as explained in documents linked from here http://www.mantidproject.org/Using_the_SANS_GUI_Analysis_Details
