Mac: Menus ?

Description

Testing on Mac (do people really use this sort of mouse on a day-to-day basis?)

Several menu items seem to be missing.

Notably, I can't find the "Preferences" option which in Windows and Linux appears in the View menu underneath "Toolbars".

Also, when openning a plot of a spectrum say, I would usually expect to see "Graph", "Data" and "Format" menus appears... but they don't.

The "Preferences" option appears under the "MantidPlot" menu item - this is just a Mac thing (you'll also find "About" there).

The Graph, Data & Format menus correctly appear for me when a plot is in focus.
