Most functionality works as described at http://www.mantidproject.org/Indirect:Calibration with the exception of the 'Plot Energy' button. When clicked, a script error is raised: 

AttributeError on line 8: "'IndirectReducer' object has no attribute 'set_sum'" in file 'IndirectEnergyConversion.py' at line 68

and MantidPlot pops up the unhandled exception dialog.

(In [12886]) Update a function call after refactoring caused its name to change. This will fix the 'Plot Energy' button on the Indirect Convert to Energy calibration tab. Fixes #2907
