Description
Immediate mode updating for multislice and three slice type views. GUI will immediately be judged against slicomatic, so important to reduce clicks in these type views.
Michael Reuter has raised technical and user-based issues surrounding this functionality. In particular we do not always want to have the Immediate mode updating on, so when do we turn it on and when do we turn it off. In any event, users will expect painted surfaces on planes to update immediately when they are moved, so we should strive to provide this functionality.

To test, follow the instructions linked in #2955 to get to the multislice view. Grabbing and dragging an indicator should move the slice plane interactively.

This works for the multislice view. Currently no automatic updates for other views. This seems to be the logical way to do things. Prior to user feed-back no more can be done.

I think the major area of interest is the multislice view, although we may bring in the "tiled view" option from three slice at a later date.
