Progress bar for simple GUI

Description

Provide progress bar. Many operations will be long-running and we have the features in these operators to provide progress updating.

Important to make the progress bar prominent.

Thinking about mantidplot, this widget/window should export progress notifications. Mantidplot should listen and use it's existing progress display.

Works. Progress bar implemented on the SimpleVatesGui side of things.
