Description
Animation widget is useful, but with the ubiquitous treatment of dimensions, we will need sliders for the time dimension as well as other spatial dimensions in the multi-slice view.

With the forthcoming changeover to the Kitware provided multislice view, I think there is no need to carry out this work. Besides the current 4th dimension controls already provide the needed functionality.
