Have DiffractionFocussing discard ungrouped spectra

Description

Instead of grouping all the spectra that don't feature in the grouping file into a spectrum at the end of the output workspace, just discard them (and print a warning message giving the number discarded).

(In [1615]) Diffraction focussing now discards any spectra that don't feature in the input grouping file. This seems just as valid as lumping them into a single spectrum, and has advantages (fewer error messages) when using a detector that doesn't have a full instrument definition (e.g. GEM). Re #297.
