Mac installer broken again

Description

The Mac installer is broken again. Same errors as last time. It's not finding some dylib.

(In [11357]) Revert added dependency that broke Mac installer. Re #2990.

(In [11358]) Revert for now so that the build at least passes in places less forgiving than Linux. The installers (at least the mac one) will not be happy though until this is fixed properly. Re #2990.

I can download, install and run the latest version of MantidPlot.
