Tables should refresh if the table workspace changes

This does not work for tables created from the parameters of a curve fit.

steps:

  1. load mar11060
  2. Create a curve fit for spectrum index 1
  3. Fit!
  4. Bring up the parameters as a table
  5. add another curve to the fit
  6. Fit!
  7. The table workspace does not update, and it you double click it again the new table is different.
