StripVanadiumPeaks error

StripVanadiumPeaks works in our python algorithms if the binning is done in dSpacing, but not if binned in TOF and then converted to dSpacing. I just tested with the latest release on powgen.sns.gov and it worked with TOF binning so something has changed since the release. You can see the two calls below in my test:
