Description

Jon Taylor has asked that the direct inelastic reduction be able to handle an input as a workspace rather than just as a file. This will only be reflected in the scripts currently.

(In [11641]) Update the indirect convert to energy reduction to accept workspaces as well as files as input. Also modified scripts to remove the ugly 'last_mono_file' function in favour of a run property on the loaded workspace. A test has been added. Fixes #3034
