- Summary changed from MuonAnalysis: Guess alpha value not used to MuonAnalysis: for EMU data change default to plot 'pair'
Turned out to be no defect just that Adrian did not spot that by default the group / group pair plotted when loading a EMU file is one of the groups not the pair - hence the confusion. To avoid this in the future have changed the interface to default to pair for the particular case where the grouping information is read from a nexus file and it contains exactly two groups and one pair.
To test this ticket open MuonAnalysis and browse e.g. for EMU file Test/Nexus/emu00006473.nxs which contain the above described grouping. The result should be the asymmetry plot of 'pair'
