Description

Following on from #2986 and #2919,

1) Remove Testing/VATES/*.sqw dependecies from all tests.

2) Can then roll MAKE_MULTIDIMENSIONAL in MAKE_VATES and remove entirely this option from CMake scripts.

Jenkins jobs don't need those (big) files, and the Vates tests run.
