Description

This command should work with the facility set as ISIS in the user properties on an ORNL computer that has the data mounts in the canonical places.

An error occurs if somebody passes in an absolute path.

(In [12269]) Do the plain old find file in data search path before bothering with the facility or the archive search objects. This should fix the bug that Martyn saw. Fixes #3086.
