MDTinyBox that would swallow up events and reduce memory use?

Investigate using a variant of MDBox called MDTinyBox where events added to it are not saved fully, instead the total (plus perhaps the centroid) is simply recorded and the extra information removed.

The recursion level at which to use MDTinyBox has to be chosen so that the size of the box is significantly smaller than the smallest bin size one would expect to do. It should be smaller than the resolution of a neutron event; in effect, the MDTinyBox becomes a single, summed neutron event.

The QueryMDWorkspace algorithm can output a table giving detailed info about the population of boxes at each recursion level. This could be used to gauge whether this feature would be useful (if a large number of boxes are at the max recursion depth, for instance).
