Description

Create a meta rpm package that just has all the dependencies for a developer.

A copy of the rpm is in the sns repo for testing.

You will need to add the sns.repo file to /etc/yum.repos.d then 

yum install epel-release
yum install mantid-developer

Stuart told me it works...and it does install on a RHEL6 machine.
