Update NeXus to version 4.2, which includes a C++ API

23/12/08 Ron: Current release Windows version is not able to run Nexus operations due to missing DLLs HM432M.DLL and HD432M.DLL from plugins directory. These are required by the new version 4.2rc2 of Nexus. Probably omitted from upgrade by mistake. Temporary fix is to install Windows 4.1 binary version of Nexus and remove libnexus-0.dll from the plugins directory of the release version. Also need to check why unit tests on server still work - may also be using system version of Nexus library?
