EQSANS: Allow for output of I(q) for each frame

Description
We usually combine the two frames in frame skipping mode and obtain a single I(Q) distribution. It would be useful to be able to output the I(Q) for each frame as well.

The output now has one workspace for each frame. The user also has a choice to fit the transmission for both frames together or separately.

Confirmed that a file with multiple frames produces an I(q) workspace for each frame.
