Add SANS batch mode period column

Description
The .csv file used by ISIS SANS batch mode needs to accept an extra column for period number. If no period number is given and the files aren't multiperiod then batch mode must still work.
Batch mode in the ISIS GUI must also have a period number column.
A specification of the file format batch mode must be findable from this link http://www.mantidproject.org/SANS
