Description
We currently have working CenterPiece rebinning code for 4Dimensional (qx, qy, qz, en), which in under test in MDAlgorithms.
The rebinning intended and can work with any number of orthogonal and 3 reciprocal dimensions. When the algorithm is invoked on a dataset with less then 3 reciprocal dimensions, the result can be wrong for any cut, where the cut has requested orthogonal coordinates not passing through 0. In additional to that, it is very inefficient for n-RecDim<3.
A rebinning factory should be created, which would generate the rebinning classes specific for for n-Rec dimensions =1,2 and 3. (or 2 3 and any orthogonal -- better)
