Reported by Janik Zikovsky originally when closeing #3150. Agree with suggestion of having automatic range selections if possible for thresholds.

In Paraview (either full-blown or simple GUI) should now get dropdown list with options for Threshold Ranges. 'Ignore Zeros' is the deault.
