MantidPlot: Plot spectrum by detector ID

Description

It would be nice to right-click on a workspace and choose to plot a spectrum by picking the detector ID it represents. Right now, only the workspace index is possible.

Very few users know what a detector id is. While is would help the dev team it is not worth adding the complexity to the gui.
