Complete the set of mask types in the mask tab

Description

This is a follow up to ticket #2819. The set of mask types is incomplete. It's often useful to have the inverse of the disk and rectangle (mask everything but the selected region).

Also, it would be less confusing if the default tool selected would be the disk or rectangle mask, not the "move detector" tool. In addition, the response of the "move detector" tool is much too sensitive. One small move of the mouse and the whole detector is gone out of view.
