UNIX Bug: Crash when closing MantidMatrix with dependants

Steps:

  1. load up a workspace and drag the matrix onto the screen
  2. create a 1D plot from one of the spectra
  3. close the mantidmatrix
  4. crash!

from ddd - this appears to be in MantidMatrix->closeDependants
