The command will be:
FIT/MONITOR time1 time2
time1 and time2 will be the XMin and XMax passed to the algorithm RemoveBins. RemoveBins is called the all monitors, for transmission and normalisation.

- Select LOQ instrument
- Load Mask: systemtests/Data/LOQ/MASK.094AA
- Change to batch mode
- Load file: systemtests/Data/LOQ/batch_input.csv - Run File type = nexus
- Reduce 1D
- Open the history of workspace: 54433sans_rear and place it to a file
- Search for the keyword: RemoveBins.
- Check that the limits of RemoveBins are the same as the FIT/MONITOR time1 time2 from the MASK file.

This ticket has been transferred to github issue 4202
At present these numbers are hardcoded, where this is the case use the numbers time1 and time2 instead.
When done the coding may also update http://www.mantidproject.org/SANS_User_File_Commands
