Description

Should be able to set integration limits at the point that integration is selected.

Refs #3359. Can now set integration limits. Integrated dimensions treated more like regular expanded dimensions in the GUI now. I.e. can still remap integrated dimensions. However, the overall dimensionality of the visualisation is reduced by 1 for every integrated dimension.
