Add debugging information to LoadInstrument to aid with bug hunt

Description

A user is having an issue with LoadInstrument that can't be replicated anywhere else, namely 

LoadInstrument started
Error in execution of algorithm LoadInstrument:
Day of month value is out of range 1..31

Extra debug output will be most useful.
