Description
This will be implemented in the SANS user file with the line:
MASK/LINE 10.1 60.5 where 10.1 is the width and 60.5 is the azimuthal angle, which is zero on the x-axis (horizontal right in SANS2D's instrument view) and increases in an anti-clockwise direction.

The line "MASK/LINE 30 170" is in MASKSANS2Doptions.091A file (line 5) and the asssociated system test has worked.
