Change MantidPlot config directory name to be something other than ISIS

We should change the config directory for MantidPlot from .config/ISIS to something more facility agnostic.

I think that it will be ok as long as we mention it in the release notes and tell people how to migrate their old preferences. Which is just renaming the directory.

I strongly disagree!

OK, it would be better if the directory was not called ISIS, but it is a hidden directory! We really shouldn't be bothering users with this kind of thing, even if we could assume they will read the release notes. And also, on Windows we'd be asking them to edit the registry.

A better solution would be to have this handled programatically, either in the MantidPlot code or the installers. Even then, the should be balanced against the time (=money) it would take.

I must strongly disagree back! :-)

Well, my experience on the beamlines helping users is that you often (well more often that you should) have to delete this directory to solve various issues that occur with MantidPlot.

Yes, ideally this should be handled by the installer or MantidPlot itself (as in rename the ISIS directory on startup) - I'll let our project manager decide... It's not that important but really does not help in trying to portray Mantid as not just an ISIS-centric software project.
