Description

Add an option to the user file to specify this the location if the fourth detector is selected with TRANS/TRANSPEC=4

Richard says 

Perhaps we could have TRANS/TRANSPEC=4/SHIFT=-100    to put it say 100mm before the rear detector ?

This must mean that when the sample is loaded the monitor 4 component is moved to the x, y of the beam centre but 100 mm back.
