Description
The sample data and background data should independently be divided by there own thicknesses.

To test: start the ORNL SANS UI and make sure the sample/bck thicknesses are saved to file. If you do a reduction with the same data file for the sample and the background, you should have I(Q) consistent with zero if your thicknesses are the same, and something else if they're not.
