Add appropriate algorithms to Inelastic category

Description

We seem to have lost the 'Inelastic' category. Need to add the appropriate algorithms back.

The inelastic category is there and contains, among others, all the algorithms mentioned above (not the 'not sure' ones, but they do sound to be more general).
