CropWorkspace should be able to work with text axes

Description

Currently you cannot crop from a workspace that contains a text axis, i.e. the output of a fit. The algorithm simply throws an error.

It needs to support translating the number to a range on the workspace.

Check ExtractSingleSpectrum as well.
