Description

May need translate a MatrixWS into a MDEWWorkspace (probably a separate ticket) and then peform MDEW fitting in 2-dimensions. We know the 3D case works.

We will solve this a different way, by converting matrix workspace to event workspace and then to MDeventWorkspace.
