Description
Some SNS instrument have large gaps in the detectorIDs that cause the color fill plot to have large gaps now that the spectra numbers have changed. See attached picture of POWGEN calibration. Plots would look better with workspace index used for vertical axis.

As discussed with Russell we are going to revert back to spectrum numbers starting at 1 and handle the ISIS specific stuff in the loaders. This should give you back a contiguous plot.
