Have the algorithm dialog only show valid input workspaces in the combobox

Description

...right now it shows all workspaces in the ADS, whether they're valid for the algorithm or not.

I do see a potential downside of this, which is that people who may for some reason not realise that a workspace is not valid for a particular workspace will question why it is missing from the list. Still, I think the benefit probably outweighs the drawback (the person with the above question should just read the documentation :) ).

I have noticed this change on a number of occasions and now I am enlightened. This seems to work just fine. I agree we'll get questions, but I think it's better than: Why did Mantid crash?
