Description

On Ubuntu 11.04 I get this error: 

Application asked to unregister timer 0x5e00000b which is not registered in this thread. Fix application.

... every time MantidPlot (or Paraview using a Mantid instance) closes.

Russell, maybe you know who can fix this?

This seems to be a Qt issue that appears in a narrow window of Qt versions around 4.7.2. It's apparently fixed in 4.7.3 (or maybe 4.7.4) onwards:
