SendTo functionality should allow for alternate paths

A particular executable may be located in different places on different OS. It would be useful to be able to set a list of "target" values to be tried in order.

We may want to look at the Poco::Path::expand method to see if it is clever enough to swap % for $ depending on how the OS defines environment variables.
