SaveDaveGrp should write out the bin centres for the spectrum '|Q|' axis.

In order to be consistent on our use of these grp files. We should write out the value of the 'group' to be the bin centre rather than the start of the bin.

This is only really needed at the moment for the case of the spectrum axis being |Q|.
