Mask problem detectors for NOMAD data in CalibrateRectangularDetectors

Description

Some pixels have too large counts and some have small noisy counts. Mask before creating calibration.

GetDetOffsetsMultiPeaks creates a good calibration for Nomad so just eliminating pixels with no counts to speedup this algorithm is sufficient.
