Extend MuonAnalysis to include appending files

Description
Add an append option for opening a file so that if next or previous is selected it will increment or decrement the range of files to load. When they are loaded then all files within the range will be opened.
Next leaves the current file in the run box and add another one starting a range, such that EMU11 -> EMU11-12 EMU11-12 -> EMU 11-13

Pete is working on ticket #1419 that will do this for all loads. May need tweaking a little once done. Code could be taken out of MuonAnalysis.cpp if Pete's code works to make it more efficient.

Tested this on MUSR data. If type in the string 00015190-00015191 this plots the sum of these two. Not click on the right arrow and the string change to 00015190-00015192 and so on
