3D Instrument View: crash on attempt to display complex sample

Description

Create a complex sample using the CreateSampleShape

e.g. a sphere unioned to a cylinder.

Then the instrument display will crash.

Tested on Windows. Previous release would crash as soon as given a sample shape built of more than one object. Note it was not just the instrument display that crashed, but MantidPlot itself also crashed and restarted. The current version has no problems displaying these samples.
