Other deffects:

  1. Plot doesn't update after changing scale: linear <-> log
  2. Log scale min goes to 1e-100 if linear value is 0
  3. Axis menu doesn't show which scale is on
  4. Log scale handles zeroes badly even if min == 1 (at least on rhel5)

The issues in comment 1 seem to have been resolved. The labels on the vertical axis still overlap.
