Convert SQW set to MD Workspaces

Description

Set up a batch job to run the conversions on files provided by T.Perring.

This is going to be a hard one to verify, but I'll try to point tester to completed converted files once done.

We can now load sqw files directly. In addition we have verified the existance of known data structures in these large files.
