Debian package does not install on Ubuntu 11.04

As Martyn said in skype. This is actually a problem of the .deb really being for 10.04, not generic. The proper fix is to specify the name of the .deb to declare what version of ubuntu it is for. This is similar to the name mangling done for RHEL5/RHEL6.
