Is this really blocking #1944 ?

Also, is the instrument view able to see both geometries yet ?

Not per se, but it does prevent testing with anything other than the mickey mouse IDF that I created. Also I figured it seemed likely that some issue(s) or other would come up once we try out the real thing.

Instrument view can't see neutronic positions right now (didn't know if that was required for certain) but it should be quite easy to add.

(In #1944) To test: Load IDFs_for_UNIT_TESTING/INDIRECT_Definition.xml and compare its representation in the Instrument Window compared to all other places (e.g. from the detector table, python, algorithms). They will be different!
