Wrong detector positions in MAPS

Description

Change outline parameter in MAPS IDF from "yes" to "no" and view the instrument in MantidPlot. The central bank of detectors collapses into a line.

tested using original problem - setting outline to no.

Result - massive slowdown, but still looked correct
